At Shop Katydid, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
